Providing occupational therapy services to a single student in a K-12 school setting, this contract position offers a focused opportunity for a skilled occupational therapist (OT) to make a significant impact. Located in Houston, TX, the role spans the full school year (CSY) and involves working closely with the student, school staff, and families to support developmental and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions tailored to the student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the school environment.
• Conduct assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
• Support the student in developing functional skills necessary for success in daily school activities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid OT licensure required for practice in Texas.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in K-12 school settings preferred.
