An educational occupational therapist is needed to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Jasper, AL. This contract position spans the academic year, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate student needs and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to 11 students, focusing on individualized needs.
• Deliver up to 20 hours per week during the first month to address make-up sessions, transitioning to approximately 15 hours per week for the remainder of the school year.
• Maintain detailed progress documentation using a personal tracking system.
• Communicate progress updates to the designated special education case manager.
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) or eligibility meetings only under exceptional circumstances.
• Utilize a provided workspace on-site.
