Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in school settings, home health, teletherapy, and broader healthcare environments
• Proficiency in school-based OT services, including direct interventions and consultative support
• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive student evaluations
• Ability to manage and document Medicaid billing accurately
• Familiarity with IEP goal-setting, progress reporting, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working with students across a wide age range, from PreK to high school seniors

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy sessions to students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and regularly update progress reports
• Provide consultation to teachers and families to support student success in the least restrictive environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including required Medicaid records
• Flexibly adapt interventions, whether in-person, through home health visits, or teletherapy as needed
