A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support students in a K-12 educational setting in Kelseyville, CA. This long-term Leave of Absence (LOA) contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of school-age children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ occupational therapy needs across various grade levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote students’ functional abilities and participation in school activities.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support inclusive learning environments.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to facilitate student success academically and socially.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant regulatory standards and school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience working in school settings.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 educational requirements and therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience supporting students with diverse needs and disabilities preferred.
