This full-time Occupational Therapist position is based in Renton, WA, servicing students from Pre-K through High School within a district-wide itinerant role. The position involves a 37.5-hour workweek and supports a caseload of approximately 30 students across K-12 settings. This is a contracted role for the current school year and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in various school settings from Pre-K to high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student evaluations and accommodations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Washington State license and ESA certification in Occupational Therapy
- Active fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Prior experience in a school-based occupational therapy role preferred
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in accordance with district policies
