This full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist position supports K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Kent, WA. The role is a short-term substitute assignment running from February to March, offering an excellent opportunity to impact students’ developmental progress during a leave period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grades
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers to create and implement effective treatment plans
  • Utilize appropriate assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant school-based experience
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices within educational settings
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment serving a diverse student population
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and student needs during the contract period
