An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Laporte, MN. This role involves working onsite with a diverse caseload of students across all grade levels, providing essential therapeutic services to help them achieve their academic and functional goals. The position is a contracted role for the current school year (CSY), requiring dedication to a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students with various educational and developmental needs.
- Assess student abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to support learning and participation.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and progress monitoring.
- Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and relevant certifications.
- Experience working in school-based settings is preferred.
