A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to support K-12 students in a Los Angeles, CA school setting. This contract position is for the full school year (CSY) and focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance students' educational experience and functional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students across K-12.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress.
  • Implement interventions that improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
  • Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and developmental milestones.
  • Ability to engage with children of varying abilities and ages.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
  • Familiarity with school compliance regulations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is preferred.
