Occupational Therapist School Setting in Marion, IN

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to support K-5 students in a K-12 school setting located in Marion, IN. This is a contract position requiring 40 hours per week on-site. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive OT services to elementary students, collaborating with educators and healthcare professionals to enhance student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-5 within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress and participation
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance with state regulations
• Participate in team meetings, IEP planning, and student assessments

Qualifications:

• Valid State Occupational Therapy License
• State Teaching Certificate
• State Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working within school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

This fully on-site role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $45 to $50, commensurate with experience and credentials.
