Desired Background:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapy licensure
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working with school-aged children (K-12)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to varying student needs and educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique educational and functional goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success within the classroom and school community
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide consultation to education teams
