Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K-12 school setting to provide specialized services during a medical leave assignment. This contract position offers the opportunity to support student development and enhance educational outcomes in a structured school environment.

Job Type: Leave of absence coverage (Medical Leave)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students’ individual educational plans (IEPs)
• Assess students’ needs and develop customized intervention strategies to enhance participation in academic and daily activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state regulations
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic plans as necessary to meet goals

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Ohio
• Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting
• Familiarity with educational frameworks and IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to work independently within a contract, leave coverage role
