Experience a rewarding opportunity as an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year, delivering valuable support to students in a dynamic educational setting. This contract position offers a stable, full-time schedule—40 hours each week—working exclusively at a single school site with a diverse PreK–12 caseload. As a crucial team member, you’ll help students develop essential skills for academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
  • Complete evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and eligibility
  • Design and implement personalized therapy plans to support student development
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and special education professionals to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and track student progress
  • Aid students in building fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities necessary for school participation

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with an active (or attainable) Washington OT license
  • Preferred experience in a school environment, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
