Occupational Therapist School Setting in Emeryville, CA

An opportunity exists for a skilled candidate to provide essential support in a K-12 educational setting during the extended school year. This contract position is based in Emeryville, CA, and spans from June 23 to July 23, requiring the therapist to be on-site for 1.5 days each week, from 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of IEPs and relevant therapeutic practices in education
