Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in pediatric therapy, preferably in school settings
  • Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students
  • Implement therapy sessions that promote motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities

  • Supervise and mentor COTAs in delivering effective therapy services
