A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support a K–12 school setting. This opportunity involves providing direct OT services onsite with a focused caseload serving students across all grade levels. The role is designed as a contract position for the current school year (CSY), offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to meet the developmental and educational needs of K–12 students.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and provide interventions in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to support student success.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed or credentialed Occupational Therapist with experience working in school-based settings.
- Proven ability to manage a K–12 caseload with varied student needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and educational professionals.
- Knowledge of special education laws and OT methodologies applicable in a school environment.
- Experience with direct OT services in healthcare, home health, or similar settings is valuable but not mandatory.

- This role is based onsite in Park Rapids, MN, requiring attendance at the school facility during all working hours.
