Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Piedmont, CA. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting activities that help patients with disabilities and injuries improve their fine motor skills, cognition, sensory processing, and physical stamina. The Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and delivering treatments effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Occupational Therapy degree and appropriate state licensure
- Experience in Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Pediatrics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or Planning to take the exam
- Ability to work with electronic medical records and computer-assisted therapy monitoring systems is a plus

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 (Based on experience)
