This role, spanning from August 24, 2026, to June 10, 2027 (including ESY dates), invites a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist to provide direct services and supervision across three welcoming school locations near Platte City and Gower, Missouri.

Your expertise will help young learners from ages 3–18, working with a mixed caseload that primarily features mild to moderate needs. You'll enjoy a consistent schedule of 7.5 hours per day, three days a week, offering both hands-on intervention and guidance for a COTA as needed. Compensation for this role ranges from $40–$52 per hour.

What you'll bring:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist, with the ability to supervise a COTA
• Experience in school-based OT and/or providing teletherapy services
• Proficiency developing fine motor skills programs and individualized student interventions
• Familiarity supporting a range of learning needs, primarily mild to moderate
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students

Your contributions will include:

• Providing direct OT services—both in-person and via teletherapy—to students across three locations
• Assessing, developing, and implementing individualized plans targeting fine motor development
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families for comprehensive student support
• Supervising and mentoring a COTA onsite
• Maintaining clear, compliant documentation and progress reports
