Occupational Therapist School Setting in Chino Valley, AZ

An opportunity awaits for a dedicated candidate to support students in a K-12 educational environment in Chino Valley, AZ, for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position involves working closely with a diverse caseload of 50-60 students, ranging from preschool to eighth grade, alongside a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist License
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong background in pediatric occupational therapy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location: Chino Valley, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student needs
• Implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving students’ physical and cognitive functions
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and other required school activities
