A full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist is needed for a short-term leave contract position in a K-12 school setting located in Renton, WA. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with experience in school-based occupational therapy who is available to provide support during a leave from February to March.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a school environment.
  • Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional success.
  • Document sessions and progress in compliance with school and legal requirements.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance students’ abilities to participate fully in school and daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of K-12 student developmental needs and therapy techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
  • Availability for a short-term contract from February through March.
