Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois state license as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
Location: Janesville, WI
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and self-care skills to ensure their participation in classroom activities
- Modify tasks and environments as needed to support individual student needs
- Conduct diagnostic testing and evaluations to assess student progress
- Create and maintain IEP objectives and accommodations based on assessments
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to discuss developmental progress and necessary support areas
