Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with K-8th grade students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Knowledge of IEPs and the special education process
• Certification in CPR and First Aid

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' needs
• Implement therapeutic activities to enhance students' motor skills, sensory processing, and overall function
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student's therapeutic needs
