A full-time occupational therapist position is available in a high school setting in Santa Fe, NM. This contract role is scheduled from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with an onsite work preference. The position involves providing direct in-person services and managing a caseload typical of school-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to high school students to support their educational and developmental needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid and active New Mexico state licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Proven experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting
- Ability to write clear, compliant IEPs
- U.S. citizenship required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families
Location:
- Santa Fe, New Mexico (onsite highly preferred)
