A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support students from Pre-K through high school across a district-wide itinerant caseload. This contract role, located in Renton, WA, involves working 37.5 hours per week during the current school year. The position requires providing in-person OT services to approximately 30 students across multiple K-12 schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs from Pre-K through 12th grade
- Manage a 30-student caseload, assessing, planning, and implementing individualized interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to promote student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Travel within the district to provide itinerant support at multiple school sites
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State OT license and ESA certification
- Active fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting preferred
- Ability and willingness to work in person within assigned schools
