A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available to provide essential support to students from Pre-K through High School within a K-12 school setting. This district-wide itinerant position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week and offers a caseload of approximately 30 students. The role is based in Renton, WA, and involves delivering in-person services throughout the school year on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators and specialists to design and implement individualized OT interventions.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs.
  • Support student development to enhance participation in academic and daily school activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
  • Travel within the district to serve students in multiple school locations as part of the itinerant service delivery model.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license and ESA certification.
  • Active fingerprints clearance with OSPI.
  • Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting is preferred.
  • Commitment to providing in-person services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a 30-student caseload effectively.
