A Delaware-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) is sought to provide part-time support for students in grades 8 through 12. This contract role is based on-site at a high school in Middletown, DE, offering an opportunity to influence student progress within a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to middle and high school students (8th–12th grade) in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student participation and success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license valid in Delaware
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with school personnel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
