An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist to serve a high school setting for the entire school year. This contract position requires immediate availability to support student needs through therapeutic interventions and assessments that promote independence and academic success.

Location:

  • Tracy, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in a high school environment, focusing on students’ functional skills and participation.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as necessary throughout the school year.
  • Support students with disabilities to improve their physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities in classroom and school-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license.
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with occupational therapy principles in healthcare and home health environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to work full-time for the complete school year.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible.
