A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available to support a K-12 school district in Upper Lake, CA. This long-term leave of absence (LOA) contract position involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The role offers a chance to work within a supportive educational environment dedicated to enhancing student development and success throughout the school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to K-12 students’ needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment goals accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support educational goals aligned with occupational therapy services

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certified and licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in school settings
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational environment and related therapy approaches
  • Ability to support students with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory needs
