Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) and Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in school settings for a contract position located in West Jordan, UT. This opportunity involves performing assessments and potentially providing ongoing therapy services within a school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a one-time, comprehensive assessment for two students to evaluate their OT and PT needs.
• Analyze assessment results to determine the appropriate level and frequency of therapy.
• If indicated, provide ongoing therapy sessions for one or two students weekly.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
• Document therapy goals, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist.
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills for pediatric populations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Flexibility to commit to an initial assessment followed by potential weekly therapy sessions.
