Teacher's Aide - Everett, Washington

An opportunity is available for dedicated professionals to support high school students in an engaging learning environment. This contract position runs from September 3, 2025, to June 17, 2026, requiring a commitment of 6.5 hours per day, five days a week.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in education or child development preferred.
• Proficiency in sign language; candidates do not need to be at the same level as an interpreter but should be able to communicate effectively with and understand students' needs.
• Previous experience working with adolescents, particularly those with special needs, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational development and support of high school students, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
