This position offers an excellent opportunity to support students in a middle school setting in Breckenridge, CO. The role focuses on providing essential assistance to teachers and one-on-one support to students who require personalized attention, enhancing their educational experience and fostering academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and managing classroom behavior.
• Provide individualized support to students on a one-to-one basis, addressing specific learning or behavioral needs.
• Help prepare and organize instructional materials and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to monitor student progress and report observations.
• Support students’ social and emotional development within the school setting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role, preferably in middle school settings.
• Ability to work effectively with students who require one-on-one assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting diverse student needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to varying classroom dynamics.

Location and Duration:
