Middle School High School Teacher Aide | Brunswick, Maine

Support an educational environment as an experienced Education Technician Level II or III working 1:1 with a high school student in a life skills program. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success, particularly with behavioral and special education students. The role requires excellent classroom management skills and a passion for helping students thrive.

Position Details:

• Full-time contract role, 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Immediate start through the end of the school year
• Located near Brunswick, ME
• Dedicated 1:1 support in a high school life skills classroom

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience working with children both inside and outside classroom settings
• Experience with children with Autism is highly preferred
• Proven skills in managing behavioral students and maintaining a positive classroom environment
