Instructional Aide - Fishers, IN

A K-12 school in Fishers, IN is seeking a skilled paraprofessional to support student learning and classroom activities throughout the contract school year (CSY). This role plays an essential part in assisting teachers and providing individualized support to students to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and managing classroom activities
• Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive environment
• Monitor and assist students during classroom activities, recess, and transitions
• Collaborate with educators to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
