1:1 Teacher Aide | Frisco, Colorado

This position offers an opportunity to support middle school students as a Paraprofessional in a classroom setting. The role involves working closely with students to provide individualized assistance and support their academic and social development. Experience working 1:1 with students is a key component of this assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with day-to-day instructional activities
• Provide 1:1 support to students as needed to meet their learning goals
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding student progress and needs

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional in a middle school environment preferred
• Comfortable providing 1:1 student support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a student-centered approach
