Teacher Aide | Grove City, Ohio

A position is available for a Paraprofessional in an Early Childhood School setting located in Grove City, Ohio. This contract role supports PreK classrooms for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
• Support individual and small group learning to enhance early childhood development
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Assist with classroom organization and preparation
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding student progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a school or early childhood setting
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of child development principles
• Paraprofessional certification or relevant coursework is a plus

Work Schedule and Location:

• Based in Grove City, Ohio
• Four days per week, with daily paid hours of 6.5 (7 hours worked including an unpaid lunch break)
• Contract position for the school year (NSY)
