Instructional Aide - Hanover, NH

A full-time Paraprofessional position is available to support a high school student with autism for the current school year, starting ASAP through June 2026. This role is based in a high school setting located in the Hanover, NH area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to a high school student with autism.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, including discrete trials and behavior interventions.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior consistently.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment tailored to the student's needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have prior experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting.
• Strong background in ABA, specifically discrete trial training and behavior management strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with high school students on the autism spectrum.

Work Schedule and Duration:
