Teacher's Aide - Johannesburg, California

Support young learners in an elementary school setting as a paraprofessional, providing one-on-one assistance to students aged 4-11. This contract position offers a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to elementary students to enhance learning and classroom engagement
• Assist with academic tasks, behavior management, and social development
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement educational plans

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within an elementary school
• Ability to work effectively with children ages 4-11 in a one-on-one setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and dedication to supporting student success
• Reliability and ability to work onsite consistently during scheduled hours

Details:

• Contract duration: December 1, 2025 – May 28, 2026
• Scheduled hours: 27-30 per week
• Elementary school caseload with 1:1 student support
