This position supports educational activities for students in grades 9-12 within a K-12 school setting located in Laconia, NH. The role is designed to assist teachers and staff by providing instructional support and helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment for high school students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management
• Supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their engagement and understanding of course material
• Helping implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision
• Facilitating communication between students and teachers to support academic progress
• Assisting with supervision of students during transitions and non-instructional times

Desired qualifications and skills:
