This opportunity offers a position supporting a high school student with autism in an educational setting in Lebanon, NH. The role is full-time, running from ASAP through June 2026, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support the student's learning and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one instructional support to a high school student with autism.
- Utilize ABA strategies, including discrete trial training and behavior management.
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to implement individualized education plans.
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of ABA techniques, especially discrete trials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
