This contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with educators in supporting student learning and behavioral development throughout the school year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities and instructional support
- Implementing behavior management plans in collaboration with educators and behavior specialists
- Supporting students with diverse learning needs and behavioral challenges
- Monitoring student progress and reporting observations to the teaching team
- Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment by applying crisis prevention techniques when needed
Required qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or behavior specialist in an elementary school setting

Compensation:
