Instructional Assistant - Medina, OH

A full-time K-12 Paraprofessional opportunity is available in the Cleveland, OH area. This contract position offers 32-35 hours per week, providing essential support to students and teachers in a K-12 school setting. The role requires dedication to assisting with classroom activities and promoting student success throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Assist students individually or in groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Facilitate communication between students and teachers as needed
• Support behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a supportive educational role preferred
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, including those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative team mindset
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments is beneficial
