Instructional Assistant - Merrimack, NH

An educational role is available for a dedicated paraprofessional to support middle school students during the current school year. This position is designed for individuals passionate about fostering student growth and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist certified teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring additional academic or behavioral assistance
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of teaching staff

• Encourage positive social and academic interactions among students
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior as directed

Qualifications:
