A paraprofessional opportunity is available at a middle school near Manchester, NH, offering a contract position for the current school year (CSY). This role supports students in a classroom setting, working closely with teachers to enhance student learning and provide individualized assistance. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and supporting instructional plans.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with varying learning needs.
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support behavioral interventions.
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff.
• Support the social and emotional development of students in a middle school environment.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting, preferably in middle school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students of different abilities and backgrounds.
• Understanding of classroom management techniques and educational best practices.
