This opportunity is for two Paraprofessionals to support elementary students in a school setting located in Park City, UT. Both positions are contract roles focused on assisting students with significant disabilities in lower-level math and reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group academic support in math and reading for elementary students with significant disabilities.
• Implement individualized instruction according to students’ education plans.
• One Paraprofessional will primarily deliver academic support.
• The other Paraprofessional will provide academic assistance as well as support behavior management and implementation of behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the success and well-being of each student.
• Monitor student progress and participate in team meetings as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with significant disabilities, particularly in reading and math.
• Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, understanding, and a commitment to student-centered support.
• Previous paraprofessional or similar educational support experience preferred.
