Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between teachers and district personnel, ensuring smooth and clear communication
• Act as the "median" to prevent direct interaction between two different district staff members as required
• Support classroom activities and assist educators with daily tasks

• Adapt and respond professionally to the dynamic needs of the school community

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school environment, preferably at the K-12 level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively mediate between staff members
• Ability to remain neutral and professional in sensitive situations
• Flexibility to commit to a contract that renews every 30 days
• Availability to start immediately

This position is initially a 30-day contract with the potential for renewal on a monthly basis, providing ongoing employment opportunities.
