Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school environment, preferably at the K-12 level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively mediate between staff members
  • Ability to remain neutral and professional in sensitive situations
  • Flexibility to commit to a contract that renews every 30 days
  • Availability to start immediately

This position is initially a 30-day contract with the potential for renewal on a monthly basis, providing ongoing employment opportunities.
