Qualifications: • Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively serve as a mediator. • Ability to maintain neutrality and professionalism in daily tasks. • Familiarity with K-12 educational settings and district procedures. • Flexibility to accommodate a 30-day renewable contract schedule. • Must be ready to start as soon as possible.
