• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral incidents as required.

Qualifications:

• Educational Technician certification preferred; Level 2 or Level 3 is a plus.
• Previous experience working in behavioral settings, particularly with elementary students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Skills in implementing behavioral strategies and providing crisis intervention if needed.
