Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and implementation of lesson plans
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring additional help
- Monitor and support student behavior in the classroom and during school activities
- Prepare instructional materials and help maintain a safe, organized learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of students
