Soliant is seeking three dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Paraeducators to support instructional services in elementary classrooms located in Suncook, NH. This contract position for the current school year (CSY) involves working under the supervision of certified teachers to assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. The role is fundamental in helping provide equitable access to learning for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons, activities, and assessments
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for students, including those with IEPs
  • Reinforce learning strategies and accommodations
  • Monitor and support student behavior in accordance with school policies
  • Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • New Hampshire Paraeducator Level 2 Certification required (can be met through 48+ college credits, associate’s degree, ParaPro test, or portfolio)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment:

  • Typical school setting serving kindergarten through fifth-grade classrooms
  • May involve physical movement, lifting, and supervision in both classroom and outdoor settings
