• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and adapt strategies as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to an 11th-grade male student with behavioral needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support techniques as required.
• Engage in proactive strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills development.
