Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or relevant experience in behavior analysis
- Previous experience working with students with behavioral challenges

- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting student needs
Location:
- Cherry Hill, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to a high school student with behavioral needs
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by instructional staff
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment
- Monitor and document student progress and behavioral changes
- Assist with the development of social skills and encourage appropriate behaviors
